Telkom are useless

I transitioned my adsl to fibre . I have been calling them 4 times a week for 3 weeks to get my fibre line activated . They keep telling me they don’t have a VT number from Vumatel to activate and they will request it . Every time I call someone starts the same process again and nothing . I now have been billed for fibre and my existing adsl yet I have no fibre service .
