Telkom are Useless

We have been fighting with telkom for two months now firstly we have a 10Mb Line and we only get 6, then when you phone and complain they up it for a week and a week later we are down to 6 again, we also told them a month ago that our line is falling down I reported it twice and, both times they said we will send somebody and nothing has happened, we are now heading into a 3 month with these issues and Telkom hasn't cared to adres them, the are the worst company ever
