Telkom are useless

Telkom are pathetic .. I am waiting for telkom to install my uncapped internet... my appointment was on the 12/2/13 the technician was at my house he check everything he said everything is working but he must go to the main line at the back at my house then he said there is nobody at the house he will come back later and I am still waiting for him to come back... I phone telkom every day and it is n lot of money to phone and still get no feedback.. I phoned telkom they said I must get permission from the owner for the technician to.come in and to activate the internet.. I went and get the permission I told telkom they must send the technician 14/2/18 or 15/2/18.. and still no response...
