Telkom are Useless.

So where do I start. every week this month I get a Return debit from my bank, when I look who it is its Telkom wanting R798 from me, witch I don't owe them. <br> <br> I went to Greenacres branch and they looked at this also and said I don't know Telkom any money they not sure why they are debiting my account. they send a fax/email to there department saying I don't know Telkom money till end of Febuary, but yet with out fail each week Return Debit R798 from Telkom.<br> <br> So now I speak to consoltants online, they look into this and said its been stopped gave me a case number and some one will contact me.<br> <br> I asked will I still get debit after our conversation and was told NO its all been sorted out now. but guess what 2 days later another Return Debit from Telkom. R798 <br> <br> so after a entire month of fighting with Telkom and getting no where, with still no 1 that can give me a answer to why Telkom wants money from me when I don't owe them a cent, and who gave them permition to debit me so many times. <br> <br> what I realy want to know also is who is gona fix the credit score I get after Telkom debits me and gets a return each time. since phoning dosent help or going in to there branch <br> <br>
