Telkom are unorganized!

Telkom has an issue with their debit orders. I took a contract out with you in April. You debited my account in May on the 25th as per debit order. Then in June you didn't debit my account but then in July you debited more than double the amount on the 21st on July. I then phoned a call centre agent and they said that because they didn't debit they account they decided to just take off two months payment 4 days before pay day! Then he assured me that no money would come off until the 25th of August, needless to say money didn't come off on the 25th of August, then on the 17th of September did the same thing, and took off two months payment and more, a week before payday. This is a breach of contract! Now that I want to cancel the contract as I am unsure of when you will be taking money, now they expect me to pay R800 to do so!
