Telkom are totally ***********
Telkom are useless ?after moving in February and cancelling my services, I am still being billed 6 months later!!! I’ve contacted them numerous times and received reference numbers etc but it just seems to go round in circles! Now they have handed me over which I’m really upset about ?I don’t even have any of their services, yet I’m being charged for them and now they’re affecting my credit rating etc. please can you employ people in your accounts department that actually know what they’re doing and what’s going on! I never ever want to have any services from Telkom ever again! Don’t use Telkom!

I have been into the branch, they can’t help me. I’m still waiting for customer services to phone me back? Your systems are always down? How on earth does Telkom run a business :(
