telkom are ****s

i have a compain... ive been calling telkom for the past months with no help or even feedback every query i logged its always on resolve without me getting any feedback or anything

last month i bought lit video package which it cost me R301.... few weeks later i notice telkom not using the lit video when i watch dstv now... i called them numerious time the last call they even gave me a reference number... my query was some how. resolve without getting any help... my lit video and music has expired without using both of them just my normal data expired first
