Telkom are *******! So digusted!!!

<p>When we signed up for the LTE package in March last year with Thabo Mnisi from Telkom, he arranged to cancel the ADSL line with Telkom but Thabo Mnisi neglected to cancel the ISP 4mbps package.</p> <p>We have since then been paying R 346.49 every month from March 2016 after our package was supposed to be cancelled (From April 2016 until January 2017).</p> <p>We need a refund/credit for each month we paid for a service that was supposed to be cancelled! </p> <p>We have been trying to sort this out with Telkom but absolutely nobody cares to assist us with the problem. Thabo Mnisi just ignores our phone calls and emails!<br />Stay away from Telkom! They will milk you dry!!</p>
