TELKOM ARE *******!

Telkom is a bunch of ********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the worst service I have ever come across. My husband app**** for a cellphone contract online, he was pre approved and his account was debited like 3 days later. We wanted to cancel the contract, called the customer care number, spoke to Thembisa and she assured us it was cancelled, and not to accept the phone when it is delivered to my house, we should tell the driver to return it, also we would receive a refund within 48hrs. After the 48 hrs, nothing happened, we called again and spoke to Thandiwe, also assured us that it would be cancelled, and told us the waiting period for refund would be 3-5 working days. Still nothing. Called the call center, every agent drops the call when they hear the problem. Im sure they can tell by the amount of reviews that people are not in favour of them and I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Quick to ***** and dont pay back. Disgusting lot of people!
