Telkom are *******

I have had the most horrible services with Telkom. My landline is not working for almost 3 months a.d yet I am being billed for it. Inhave logged several calls as well as called in like over a dozen times no response . Telkom didnt even bother to send a technician or correct my services. This is a nightmare I called the billing department they are forever offline. In the meantime they quick to debit my account on a monthly basis...what is this. Telkom is like *******. Today alone I called in 3 times and still no one willing to assist yet again they offline!!!!! When will they sort out the issues after they keep on *****ing from my bank account. Telkom should get proper call centre agent as ur agents are not helpful at all at least the ones I have been speaking with. Horrible, pathetic , services
