Telkom are *******!!

Telkom debit ordered me R2313 last month which went through, this month they sent me a Invoice including that amount I have already paid!! I tried to phone there customer service all week, no answer. I sent emails, no response. I went to telkom today and they said they didn't receive anything on their side!! ******* I tell you!! I am so close to seeing a lawyer!
