Telkom are *******!!!!

Just when I thought they changed and things were different surprise surprise that's not the case. So I tried to cancel my contract that expired in May 2019 telepathically but was asked to submit the claim online. To my amazement they actually cancelled it timeously BUT here the deal. They disconnect you completely from their network and now you need to call them to reconnect you to the network however this takes forever to happen during which time they taken your money for services you've paid. Plus whatever balances you've had on your account and you're left without any connection and dare you try calling them. They should invest the money they ***** from people in training their *********** staff.
