I took out their R999 1TB Data LTE Package in October. Their website said it was month-to-month. Now today I decided to cancel it as I no longer need their ****ty internet service (their speeds and service are appalling) and then I get told I must pay an "early cancellation fee"? FOR WHAT? FOR THE MONTH-TO-MONTH DEAL THAT I TOOK? GIVE ME A BREAK TELKOM - YOU GUYS HAVE PROVEN NOW WHY NOBODY SIGNS UP WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE *****
