Telkom are *******

So, more than a year ago we had various lines with Telkom, and tried on more than one occasion to cancel the lines via their online service they had. Got confirmations, but never received the confirmation email, only a confirmation screen on my computer. Now I am being hounded by their rude debt collectors to pay outstanding amounts, on accounts that were only cancelled months later when I had to resubmit docs via email.

So for a company who's systems are not working I am burdened with bills for a service I did not even use anymore.
