Telkom are *******!!!!!

I have had a ********** experience with Telkom. 1. got a phone 1.5/2 years ago for wifi, signed up and received the modem etc 2. plugged in only to realise they did not service our area 3. went to a Telkom branch to cancel the service and return hardware 4. cancelled the service in branch, and they sent a courier service to collect hardware 5. all the while debiting my account every month FOR A SERVICE THEY CAN NOT SUPPLY ME WITH!!!!!!!! 6. eventually gave up trying to get them to cancel the debit order, so I blocked it with my bank 7. they are still trying to debit my account - and I have found out today they have handed me over!!!!!! And not one single phone call from their accounts re this to me. 8. there is no contact number for Telkom - anywhere! for a landline and data provider that is quite ironic 9. I would like my account cancelled and a refund for the money I paid over to you for services you could not supply me with!
