TELKOM ARE *******!!!!

I have contacted Telkom on more than 1 occasion for debiting BEFORE my debit date.!!!!! They debit my account 2-4 days before my debit order is set to go off then they add a R200 for "bounced debit charges" which would not bounce if they debit order on time. My banking fees at standard bank is now R756 ALONE !!!!!!!!!!! and when I call they tell me there is nothing they can do. Or I should wait and see if the debit reflects as paid??? And then after I can dispute the payment which will result in my account being suspended... I cannot get over how a bounced debit costs me an additional R200 and then R756 in additional bank fees... Which Telkom is refusing to pay me back... If they SIMPLY DEBIT WHEN THEY SHOULD!!!! the debit won't bounce and I won't need to be told to have money in my account before my salary comes in!!!!! likes its MY FAULT!??!!!? why am I being penalized for their incompetence?????l have had it with Telkom!!! You are *****ing from your customers!!! And then don't have the decency to even try harder to sort it out??? No customer service... And then u want ratings after each call??? How about TELKOM IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD A CONTRACT!!!

I DEMAND MY ACCOUNT BE SORTED OUT ASAP AND I BE COMPENSATED FOR MY BANK FEES AS IT WAS NOT MY FAULT FOR *ANY* OF MY DEBITS BOUNCING OR I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER AND BRING CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND MEDIA INTO THE SITUATION!!!!

I HAVE HAD IT UP TO MY NECK WITH THIS COMPANY! WISH I COULD BE DONE WITH THEM FOR GOOD!

I can't stress enough how this is the worst company for any sort of contract to be taken out.

FIX IT!
