Telkom are *******

Im on a telkom adsl contract which from the time i took im having endless problems and nobody seems to be helping me, my internet service is always down and im still getting a bill of 800 rand evey month even tho i never get to use the service. I get told that i have to pay telkom 380 rands for them to come and test their line and still must pay the bill of 800 on top of that for something that does not work, to me thats ***** and i need help to put this company in its place as i took this contract out and im always crying abt their service. Im so fed up with the way they treat me as a customer and need some advise.
