Telkom are *******

I did an upgrade 2 months ago. Confirmed about 3 times the amount that will be debited with the consultant. 1st month I am billed over the amount,so I contact telkom and they said it would sorted out. This month yet again I am sitting with the same problem. Now whichever customer care contact centre u call, u cannot speak to an agent. I have tried contacting the store which is city view in durban. They also cannot help. So telkom *****s your money and has no interest in assisting you whatsoever afterwards. Worst customer service.
