Can I please understand why Telkom is so useless? 1. You try and debit my account in the middle of the month? What happened to my agreement that I need to be debited on the 25th. 2. My try and debit my account with almost R800. What happened to the amount that was specified on my invoice? 3. WHO GAVE TELKOM THE RIGHT TO TAKE A DEBIT ORDER BEFORE HAND AND ALSO TAKE MORE MONEY THAN WHAT WAS COMMUNICATED TO ME?

Can I understand where did anyone call me to make this arrangement?
