Telkom are the biggest ****mers

Someone open a contract on my name without my approval. I went to Telkom shop in Menlyn to try and fix the error. The floor manager said and I quote "It is not my problem. Call customer care." Telkom are busy ****ming customers and if you try to close your account with them. They just refuse to close them.
