Telkom are *****ing my money

I have been calling you guys for over a month now and yet again you double debit I even when into the branch and they confirmed that I won't get double debited but yet again you do it, so if you cant fix your problem I will just block your debits orders and you can come fetch your money cash from me every month cause this is down right *****ing for customers
