Telkom are *****ing from me !! Need urgent help

Telkom have over debited me for the last 4 months , i took out a contract of R299 for 80gb a month but they debit R845 every month which i cannot affort , i went to the Telkom store 2 times to rectify this but they still debit me this amount every month, i made it very clear to them during the contract talks, that i do not want this account to be billed more then the agreed fee, when i ask for the recordings during the contract negotiations they say i need a court order, that is what Mosima Bopape a Telkom employee said to me . I cannot get through on their 081180 number because nobody answers . They are *****ing from me and this is not right.
