Telkom are scavengers! Only care about payments and nothing else!

I have had huge issues with my 8meg copper adsl line. I have logged more than 4 complaints/faults and not a single technician has reached out to help/fix these issues!! First of all, with bad weather(rain), my line totally cuts out from internet access! Since it’s been raining every night so far this December, it has cut out multiple times! Secondly, I have been experiencing a very high ping in online gaming (600+) for absolutely no reason!! Download and upload speeds are SOMETIMES okay, but MOSTLY I get less than 1meg download speed and 0.1-0.3 upload speed (as seen in the screenshot provided)! I have reset my router multiple times, nothing helps! I have phoned Telkom, and all they do is refresh my line but the problem persists!

I have logged multiple complaints on your call centre, I have phoned technical support, and I have logged a complaint on Twitter. Frank reached out to me in Twitter, but nothing more has happened ever since, and they simply do not reply back to me! Funny part is, they are very quick to respond if you do not make the payments!! SCAVENGERS, that’s all they are!! Absolutely pathetic service!!! Worst company in South Africa!!! My local Indian Restaurant has better service than this!
