Telkom are ******** - Router hasn't been working for months and I get no assistance and a bill is piling up for unused service

I have been trying to get Telkom to assist me with Huawei mobile router for months. I have reached out to them numerous times via telephone but no who actually knows what the **** is going on. I have been constantly redirected without any assistance. DMd them on Twitter but the instructions sent did nothing for me. I have a bill piling up for services I have not used in months and it's negatively affecting my credit score because they just won't help me. I'm so sick of this nonsense cos I have to pay out of my ass for my mobile data too. I regret the day I signed on for their lousy services.
