Telkom are ******** and force people not to close contracts

I bought 500 telkom all network minutes, 10GB telkom data and 50min telkom fixed line. All these bundles are not calling landlines and the data has not been working. I called and spoke to Ayanda who failed to assist and another *********** lady who put on hold for 9 minutes then asked me to rate her without even concluding the call. All these issues started after I didn't renew my contract in January and have the worst experience with Telkom mobile ever since.
