Telkom are ********s through and through

I had a Telkom contract which I wanted to be canceled. Telkom were charging a MN additional subscription which I wasn't subscribed to according to the Telkom store. The consultant on the phone insisted I pay the entire amount and the subscription will be refunded however she **** and I had to reverse my debit order. I then called the call center that gave me a reference number but Thabiso gave the wrong reference number so my payment has been allocated wrongly
