Telkom are ****s!! Stay away

Telkom has to be one of the worst cellphone companies to deal with. My account which was overcharged by an outside company ran up my bill which I was not aware about. When I called telkom they stated unfortunately my line has to be disconnected until that amount is paid in full and there's nothing they can do to assist me. It's now 10 days since I have paid my account in full and my line is still disconnected. I have been calling telkom and as you can imagine these consultants have absolutely no clue about the job that they are doing. I can't use my phone or data and my account is paid in full. Telkom this disgusting customer service and I honestly wish I had never taken a contract with this pathetic excuse for a service provider.

Do yourself a favor don't ever take a contract with telkom. Who knows if my line will ever be reconnected
