Telkom are ****s *****ing money with no service offered.Sies.
What in the garbage bin is this company called telkom..if I had know I would have used rain...these fathafackas have been taking money from account with no service..they first took R588..then they took R1300..then took R350 and still with no service..telling me I'm owing them..all of this for a monthly fee of R300...that time I work from home now spending even more money buying extra data..I hate this company

14 Jul 2023, 08:40Till now..internet off..no call back or acknowledgment from the call center..Kekeletso promised her TL will call me back..mind you I work from home..money has been debited from my account with crazy penalties not once..twice for what I don't know..I need domeine to intervene.

14 Jul 2023, 09:12Now I just chatted with Bonisile.she said a manager by the name Sanele Dlamini will call me back..I said they must give me the time to expect the call..she came back and said she is in a team building..she woll get another manager to call me.. I told her get the name and the tome..so I can avail myself..she disconnected the chat..this is the ******* service I pay for..I regret with my life..Ofcourse no one will respond to this..they don't know what customer service is..don't even think they have anyone looking at social media complaints..I'm not on Facbook...and Im tired of paying my money calling them for my internt.

Now I just chatted with Bonisile.she said a manager by the name Sanele Dlamini will call me back..I said they must give me the time to expect the call..she came back and said she is in a team building..she woll get another manager to call me.. 15 Jul 2023, 09:46Yesterday instead of getting a call from a manager..I received a message from Hophney saying he called..no records of a call back from a manager..this morning still no internet 20 days later while working from home and no one looking into my case and no courtesy call from supervisor.

15 Jul 2023, 09:49This morning started a chat with Bonginkosi Nhlapho a chat agent..greeted him and stated I want to cancel this service he never said anything till I came back to write till now my chay is hanging with no response..still no internet 22 days later while I work from home and having paid telkom and now buying side data to be connected.
