telkom are ******s

one star is too much for telkom. i was debited on the due date of the full amount. they are aware of the payment yet my account was suspended. i was told to wait for few hours for restoration. next day i was asked to wait four days. i waited four days then im told to wait another two days. on the tenth day my account is still suspended and they still have the audacity to tell me to wait another 24hours and that i must pay for the time when i have no services !!!!!
