TELKOM ARE *******S

I cancelled my telkom line on the 9th of June 2020 - to date I still havent received a final invoice with my reversals - but now the *******s have handed my account over to the debt collectors - what **** is that ? I have paid my account properly all these fuekns years - now I cancelled because obviously telkom are **** but how can I be with the debt collectors if they havent issued me with a final invoice and I've been paying - I ***en want clarity and finality on this issue
