Telkom are rogues!!!!

It has been more than a year since the contract for my iPhone came to a close and 3years since ive taken my contract. Ive contacted Telkom via email, phone calls and even had a consultant contact me for money that Telkom owes me. At the beginning of my contract, a “test debit” was done and R600 was raken out of my account. I was told i would get the credit on my invoice or refund after 3months and this never happened, called again and they said after 6 months. This also never happened. Called again and they said it would be refunded at the end of my contract or the last invoice, never happened. Even after cancelling my contract they continued to debit my account. I got in touch with a consultant and he also sent an email to telkom, never recieved mt money till today. I currently have another phone contract for my hisband but once that is over i will never ever take another contract with Telkom again.
