Telkom are robbing people

So once again, I have had to write a review about Terrible Telkom again.

After trying to cancel my Telkom mobile account since 01/07/2016 and battling for over a year to have it cancelled we finally rejoiced in October 2017 as we were informed by Telkom that the account was finally cancelled and that they would refund us and our debit order wouldn't go through again.

Lo and behold, yesterday we were debited by telkom, this even after we put a stor order for their debit on our account. Upon phoning the bank to find out how this happened we found out this is actually a recurring issue they have with Telkom. Telkom seem to like to reinstate debit orders that are not valid.

STOP robbing us Telkom. Wont even bother calling you guys cause its not even worth the holding time and the false promises.
