Telkom are ******s my Account is not reflecting the correct Balance owing

Hi My name is Naseema. I’m disgusted with Telkom. I received my statement yesterday and my account was not updated . Now they are overcharging me with R540.00 each month when there is a debit order in place. I encourage people to use a different service because they are highway ******s. I have proof of payment reflected on my bank account. I wouldn’t even rate you. One Star because telkom deserve zero stars
