Telkom are pure *******

<p>I took out a contract with Telkom last year and I have never got any joy at all. They have been debiting me more than the agreed amount. At first when I called them to rectify the issue, where they debited me R198 and R299 I thought it was a mistake. Then they came back to debit me over R2000. If that wasn't enough, after going to Telkom sandon city, where I spoke to Ntsika Silvano, he promised that a consultant will contact me to rectify. A week later they tried to debit me again, R2200. Of course I reversed it cos it's my money. The contract I agreed to was to be R99 on Top Up where only myself can request for that. Since I have never done that, they failed to explain who and when the Top Up was requested. I called them again today to cancel the sim card as the Tablet is now ******. Then I'm told the number has been suspended already cos I didn't pay. I asked them nicely to stop the debit order and that I will pay the R99 at the bank. We shall see if they keep debiting me or if they keep their promise. I'm gatvol with Telkom and I wouldn't advise anyone to use their service. They are ******* and NOT to be TRUSTED.
