No assistance for cancellation

I have been trying for three days to have A BUSINESS LINE canceled ********** 88 I tried to link our business accounts to an online login without success. Telkom's help in this regard also did not work.

I contacted the call center 10217 who give me a cancellation email. The first email came back undelivered. I have not had a response on the second email I got from the call center

Telkom are psychopaths. They treat you badly and you cannot get rid of them Our sister company having the same issue.
