TELKOM are Pathetic.

I tried to upgrade my ADSL to a 10-Meg line line in June 2018. After the technician tried to make changes , I was informed that it could not be done , but that I could be upgraded to an 8-Meg line. I have been told that they have been unable to cancel the original order due to system problems. I spent a further 45 minutes on the line today with no joy. I was cut off by Telkom eventually. They are pathetic.
