telkom are pathetic

on the 10th of april i laid a complaint with telkom, to this day more than a month later i have yet to receive any form of service, my line is still not working and there are constantly changing there stories,even close the open reference without a solution. im writing this after complaining on numerous occasions and i will en-devour to discredit them on a daily basis until my issue is resolved or i receive a letter stating that they cannot solve my problem. worst service ever, we are held hostage by this sorry excuse of a company.
