TELKOM ARE OPPORTUNISTS

I agreed to take over one number from someone onto my business account. All paperwork says that specific number only. Get the statement and im being billed for all the person's numbers!!! So from R300 to R2800. Telkom is disgraceful opportunists! And try and call...no way. No answer. Try call mobile....self service menu's conveniently send you round and round in circles never actually giving you the option to SPEAK to anyone!!! Try do the chat....you get disconnected as soon as you type in what the problem is! And queues are a mile long so great COVID traps and they know it! Disgusting.
