Telkom are ****ming people to hell with them…

I’m so disappointed with Telkom after being their customer for more than 10 years…and my husband was always complaining about them saying they debited twice and more than should and after suspending his SIM card….now it happened to me…. Let me tell my story… March 2026 went to Telkom telling them I’m changing my bank account ,the lady said for march they won’t be able to debit they will start to debit next month meaning April,so for march I’ll have to pay manually and she gave me the account number that I have to pay for the month of April….cool March I paid it manually so…R175 on the the 26,cause they usually debit the last day of the month…and mind you…I don’t have a phone contract with them,it’s only data and minutes…April comes they debit R13…I was even surprised why…May comes they deleted R189 on the 25th…anyway I didn’t have a problem with that and they were supposed to debit on the last day of the month,while I thought everything is fin…boom they debited again on the 26 (imagine….#)R597…lol…trying to figure out what’s happening now …boom my sim is suspended..I can’t receive calls,I can’t even make a call…bt my account was debited twice even more than they should…ok …decided to go to key west mall Telkom shop..explain to them what happened,the only answer they said at their collection department it won’t reflect to them I shoul wait for the next day mind you my sim is suspended and I should wait for tomorrow while I have important calls to receive…ok fast forward,what should I do now???asking the lady ,she said I must call them,it’s a free number..ok tried to call them …still my sim can’t it says restricted…told the lady…ok you guys call them as I can’t with my phone…she said she can’t their system is down…imagine didn’t get any help….lol…I had to go pep to buy a Cell C sim,so at at least I can make a call to my family and and at work that they won’t reach me in my number cause is suspended they can only get me on WhatsApp…thank God to WhatsApp cause at least people can reach you even if the sim it’s not working…big up to the person who came up with WhatsApp it’s a life saver….my day was spoiled,so ****ed off….they debited twice then decided to suspend my sim….wow…really…I don’t want anything to do with Telkom anymore,I want the service to be cancelled cause is just data and minutes,I don’t owe them anything cause I don’t even have a phone contract with them,shame to those those who have a 3 year phone contract with them,cause it’s gonna be the hell of those years…I’m even want change my number to other network..like I don’t want to deal with Telkom ever again,it’s a ****,they can’t debit R13 then they charged you that you interest that you skipped payment while they supposed to debit that….and again R597 while the were supposed to R175,on top of that they debit twice then decide to suspend the sim…this is bull S****you can jus keep your data and minutes you are a devil in disguise…sis maan
