Telkom are ****mers, ****s and absolute ****

Im writing this because the next step Im going to take is legal action against Telkom. I have had it with their unprofessionalism and lies. They are nothing but ****mers

Tell me why are they still debiting money from my account when my phone contract is done and I did not opt for a month to month? Why am I still being debited 3 whole months after my contract ended? I called and they promised they sorted out my cancellation but I am still being debited. Did you guys train your customer care agents to be ****s too? I am never taking any contract with Telkom ever again. Im going to get all my family members to cancel their contracts too.
