TELKOM ARE ***** AND JUST WANT TO ***** YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

<p>After my 2nd review about Telkom on the 12 December 2016 I still do not have my money!! They sold me a LTE device but I do not have LTE coverage in my area. After the technicians came out they told me I should return the device and the contract has to be cancelled as I cant use the device. I returned it on the 8th October 2016 and they were still billing me. The billing has stopped and my contract has been cancelled but i still dont have my money in my acount. They said that the EFT was process on the 21st December 2016 and I still dont have my money. THEY ARE JUST LYING AND DONT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY. After contacting them in January 2017 they said they going to process the refund again and its 14 working days later and I still dont have my money. I contacted them today and then they said no sorry the refund has been transfered to my Telkom account instead of yout Personal bank account!...what nonsense is this!? These are just lies. The Managers doesnt even contact you back when they promise they will. I want my money back that Telkom stole from me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
