Telkom are just so bad

Telkom as bad as ever. Phone 10217 option 3 to make a change to business account. After a long time the call is answered and I am advised that I cannot be helped because the operator can only do residential accounts. I ask her what number I should phone. She says 10217 option 3!!! I tell her that is what I phoned, confirmed on my telephone LCD screen. She says she cant help me or transfer me!!!
