Telkom are just no help

I am so angry. I transferred my line from Johannesburg to East London in March 2019. It is June 2019 and my order has been cancelled numerous times without any reason why. I have even gone as far as reaching out to social media had numerous promises been promised that a line would be installed on the 27th May 2019 then when the technician phoned then telling had the address wrong and the technician said he could not install the line but would try and assist us with the order only to find out the order has been cancelled. At wits end not sure what to do to get this line installed
