telkom are just as disastrous as their reputation

it has been clear for quite a while that telkom have not been maintaining their exchanges properly<br> i have seen some of some of their boes<br> i have repeated faults and problems on my lines and on th eexchange over the last 4 months.<br> i dont know how many times telkom have had to work on it or try and work on it<br> it seems like telkom believe in disaster based maintenance. only when there is a severe degradation in performance, do they improve the infrastructure.<br> my parents house close by has had a faulty line several times in the past few months and telkom still cant get it right<br>
