Telkom are ***********

It is now 2 years since I cancelled by Telkom services but am still getting charged, handed to lawyers for Telkom’s incompetence. And to date, not once has Telkom even called me. All this for a card that was apparently issued to me, never received it. I am unable to get help and when dispute cases are opened they are closed without resolution or no one does anything. The last case was escalated to their Billing department in January to be closed out and all charges reversed but in October, 10 months later, no one attended to it. Utter *******. How difficult is it… I believe I am not alone, Telkom are *****ing many others. My advice, do not deal with Telkom ever. They will make sure you never leave them
