Telkom are idiots and idiots cannot run a company

Telkom are completely and in every way pathetic.The service is ****py.the speed is ****py,the attitude is ****py.DO NOT GET A LINE WITH TELKOM:<br> <br> My latest of many complaints about telkom is that after a 30 day cancellation time for my adsl line,They have not cancelled it.Instead they drained the speed from 2Mb/s to 32 kb/s.After many hours of listening to ****py music and talking to stupid office ******s,one of them even told me it was not a cancellation order and that it was an upgrade order.I asked her what the package was that I tried to upgrade and she did not respond.<br> <br> I then told her that my speed is not even at the lowest acceptable telkom speed,wich is 1Mb/s(150kb/s) and that my speed was 32kb/s avarage.(on any device,its not just my pc.Its the line)She then told me that she would direct me to the tech department and out of pure spite she put me on a line that was only ringing.45 mins later I put the phone down and wrote this.<br> <br> Now I cannot migrate to afri**st.
