Telkom are horroble Liers and rude

<p>I loaded night surfer with 50 rand airtime before 0000 and when i used the internet it was not using that 500gb of night suffer but my daily data.i called the help line only to find a rude person called ntosoko nthuli,am not sure if i wrote the name right but thats what he said he is.instead of helping me this person tells me that there is something wrong with my phone i must restart it.i did restart it and there night surfer still dont work,i called telkom again and the new person told me that my coverage is right but what i hate is that my normal data is depleted cause of this lies telkom is telling us.i want my data and air time back. And fix your customer care to not talk to people as if their idiots</p>
