Telkom are hopeless ?

After cancelling my services in March due to moving and the same services not being available at the new premises-I am still being billed for services I do not even have! Telkom customer services at the call centre are unhelpful and I get nowhere. I’ve logged numerous disputes, but it never seems to get sorted? I even went into the eastgate Branch the other day to see if I could get it resolved. The gentleman that served me said he couldn’t help and I need to call the customer services. when we tried from the branch they were “offline” but they promised they’d call me back. It’s two weeks ago and I’m still waiting!!! Don’t know why they couldn’t help me in the store? Read on another group about a lady with the same problem, yet when she went to the same store they sorted her out? ??so sick of Telkom, just want my account sorted and then closed so I can move on happily without them!!!!
