Telkom are Fruadsters

Hi I have a problem, my wife had taken up a deal with Telkom on Black Friday last year, for the A8 cell phone, which she did not get. Telkom took out money from her account, to “test her account” that money has still not been put back into her account. She and I have contacted the call centres like about 100 times asking for the money to be put back into the account and now I am losing patience. This is the last time I am trying to resolve this matter and if this matter is not resolved soon, I am going to the media with my story and I am also going to open up a ***** charge against Telkom South Africa
