I did a telephonic application for an LTE sim Two weeks ago. The agent told me that I would be called once my sim was delivered after delivery. I contact Telkom today to find out how far my activation is and I am told that the sim is already active. WHAT THE HELL? How long has the sim been active and when were they planning to tell me??? I have not received any contarct or anything from themh
